    3.Complete the application form with all required information.

    4.Upload the necessary documents.

  • Ensure you have the following documents ready before applying:

    1.Last year's Puja Permission

    2.NOC from the landowner

    3.Recent electricity bill

    4.Declaration from an electrician

    5.Decorator’s declaration

    6.Site plan of the event

    7.Signature of the Secretary/President of your committee
